Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for any event.

 

Deposits

• All deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 90 days or more before the scheduled start of the event.

• Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

 

Tuition

• Tuition payments (excluding deposits) are refundable until 30 days before the event.

• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.

• In certain cases, a partial credit may be issued toward a future event at our discretion.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [Insert Email] with your name, event details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Exceptions

• If CPEscape cancels an event for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund, including deposits and tuition.

• We are not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses not booked through us.
